Is there any update on the below questions? I'm really interested in what happens if there are stuck pixels on the screen. Will the buyer need to pay to have the monitor shipped back? Will we receive a refund or another monitor.

Hi Jason,
If there are any dead pixels just let support@massdrop.com know and we'll shoot you a return label. At that point, you'll take it to UPS and your replacement monitor should arrive shortly. We cannot offer refunds after the buy has finished but we will make sure you get a monitor free of dead pixels.
