How much Beryllium are you being exposed to? I'm only asking due to Beryllium being one of the most toxic elements.

Beryllium is only toxic when inhaled as a dust or if it somehow gets into your bloodstream. Beryllium in its solid form is harmless. Most headphone manufacturers use very little beryllium and instead replace it with titanium, so you should be fine either way.

None of the picture indicate that ear tips and wires are included. Are they included?

Should be. I have the SSP (the less flat version of these) and those came with 3 sets of rubber tips and a pretty decent cable for the price.
