Hey guys,
I got my keyboard to day and I love the look and feel of it!

But one quesion, how can I use shift+arrow keys? I want to select a region of text, but when I use the arrow keys with the Fn modifier, I can not hold shift to select an area :/
Insanity01The FN key activates on whatever you hit next. If you hit FN then Shift then the arrows, the FN key is trying to activate the FN layer of the Shift key rather than the WASD arrows. It's designed that way.
sevdaloneHaha true!
But I only use left shift and ctrl anyway. :)
The more I think about it, the more I think custom firmware is the way to go. This way to put anything YOU want.
sevdaloneAssuming you are using the left shift in a programmable layer, you can implement this. Set fn + left shift = right shift and now, whether you do Lshift+fn+w/a/s/d or fn+Lshift+w/a/s/d, it should behave the same
MiruykJust to confirm, is it possible to use the left shift key with the arrow keys? As this is the big thing putting me off after seeing this comment.
Just as a reference point, I am using a KBP V60 Matias at work, and want a keyboard with a similar 60% layout because I love it and my muscles have got used to the button placement. Is this keyboard similar/identical to the keybinds on that keyboard
PapaJohnI can't comment on the similarity to the V60 but you can use the shift key to invoke arrows but you have to hold the function key modifier as well. You can also make the shift key into a function key if you didn't want to have to hold the original function key at the same time.
Insanity01Yea i realized that to about selecting text. When i switched the fn wth capslock (like other poker boards) i was able to use capslock+shift+arrow key.
