Zippo doesn’t just make lighters. Backed by the same quality that goes into each of the company’s hand lighters, these Rugged Lanterns give you quite a bit more oomph if you need some light in the tent or at the campsite. Available in a 350-lumen version and a 500-lumen version, both lanterns here feature four modes. There's low, medium, high, and SOS mode for signalling and emergencies. Of course, they’re made by the company that used to supply soldiers with standard issue lighters, so you know they’re tough. Immersion protected to 10 meters and IPX-8 waterproof, these lanterns can take a beating in the field. The 350-lumen version features 12 LEDs and is powered by 4 AA batteries; the 500-lumen version has 17 LEDs and is powered by 3 D batteries.
