Right Side Dead on Christmas
Bought it for myself. Opened and tried it out on Christmas. The right side one was dead. Open/close, etc. etc.... No joy... going to return it. Dead on arrival. I'm glad I found it right when I tried it out. I waited for the case to charge up all the way, it's fully charged. Good lights on both IEMs. Only the left one has sound coming from it.

scuttsYup, they said it's past 30 days. I bought it in Oct 2023. Received it on Oct 20, 2023. Opened it on Christmas Day as part of a family tradition. Found out the right side IEM was inop. Tried to get it taken care of by DROP. I was told that it's past 30 days and that there was "NO MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY" for my product. This is what I was told: [After reviewing your transaction, I can see that your order was delivered on October 20th, 2023 and is outside of the reporting period for an issue as this item does not come with a Manufacturer's Warranty. For products that do not have an included manufacturer's warranty, customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to report an issue. It appears that the time-frame for reporting an issue has passed, which means we are unable to provide a replacement or facilitate a return.] I went to the website and found this: https://www.adv-sound.com/pages/warranty ADVSOUND, Inc. (“ADV.”) warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship for three years from the date of purchase. Pursuant to this Limited Warranty, ADV. will, at its option, repair or replace the product. ADV. reserves the right to replace a discontinued model with a comparable model. Any replacement units or parts may be new or rebuilt. Now I'm usually satisfied with the stuff I buy from DROP. Not anymore. This is just some atrocious Customer Service. I mean $hitty customer service. Straight out lying. Over $45.51. I spent a whole lot more in the past few months on gifts from DROP than that. This is pretty sad customer service. Lame as Fuq. Block all DROP's emails now. Cheap and unhelpful during Christmas. Just plain sad. Read the advertising on the IEMs. Doesn't even hold up to the expectations.
