Right side dead on arrival
They fit well and defiantly looked great but the right side was DOA and Drop was not able to get a replacement out back at it looking for a decent priced wireless headset

Right Side Dead on Christmas
Bought it for myself. Opened and tried it out on Christmas. The right side one was dead. Open/close, etc. etc.... No joy... going to return it. Dead on arrival. I'm glad I found it right when I tried it out. I waited for the case to charge up all the way, it's fully charged. Good lights on both IEMs. Only the left one has sound coming from it.

Yes, they did. Doesn't change the fact that DROP customer service messed up though.

Nice and light, good sound
Update: wireless charging case included, sound is at least as good as my AirPod Pros (also with wireless charging). I find myself grabbing these when traveling instead so I make myself a bit less of a target with white buds hanging out my ears, but I do miss the ANC on flights.

As titled, could use more on the low end for my tastes though ear buds are limiting for great natural bass IMO. A little large but sound great for 90% of listening. Mic comes across a little quiet, though. Overall good buy.
