$24 for *one* cap? I get that is hand-made and comes from literally the other side of the planet, but seriously? I hate to imagine what an entire keycap set would cost!

haniviIt's called a artisan keycaps ^^ they are specially handmade and marked so there is only going to be a couples handfuls made
They aren't mass produced so the price has to go up. For instance I paid 70 dollars for this spacebar

TheSkeletonfor a space bar I can understand, there is only one space bar on a standard keyboard. But to have one blue key in among a whole set of other keys just looks strange to me. No offence @Tameh, whatever rocks your boat.

haniviWell what I usually do is buy one to be a centerpiece, i usually use artisans for just the escape key.

haniviDue to the obvious cost implications (since we all aren't Brainflush or Dan Bilzerian), artisans make for a good accent to a board. Usually works better when the color fits the colorway of your given keyset. So for example, this particular one might go good with GMK Hydro.
Other people just enjoy entirely different accent keys. Often as a throwback to older keyboard designs where the escape key was a different color than the rest of the keyboard.
