It wll. All m4/3 cameras work with all m4/3 lenses.
However, your camera set up will be front heavy sine the EM10 mk II is light and tiny.

That doesn't matter since the tripod mount is on the lens itself.
Most folks two hand this anyway. If I were shooting with a Canon 1Dx and a 70-200mm 2.8, it'd be the same issue. Holding it by the tripod mount on the camera.
