Folks, these are awesome. Great build quality, perfect wetness. They are not flexible, but damn do they write fine. Also important to note, as most Japanese medium nibs lean more towards fine these are true to their name. So medium nib here is what you would expect in medium nib in Europe.

JonasHeinemanOne of the pens is rocking ink that came with a pen, really nice dark-blue almost black ink. Other is using Pelikan Edelstein Amber ink. Both inks have nice flow.

I have actually found that Metropolitan nibs run finer than the vast majority of nibs out there. Here's a comparison. Hope this helps.

ps. The inks are various mixtures of Kon-Peki and Asa-Gao I've been trying out.
