Great bookshelf speakers
My setup: 10x12 home office. These speakers are connected to a 2-channel Sony receiver (STRDH190). I mostly use these for listening to podcasts and music.
Thoughts: Out of the box, I wasn't expecting them to be as large as they are, but that's my own lack of spatial awareness when looking at dimensions. That being said they fit perfectly on my bookcase on one side of the room and the equipment rack in the other corner. I run my receiver at about 1/3 of max volume and individual devices to my desired volume. These speakers easily fill the room with pretty solid sound. The low end is a touch quiet, but I've found the overall sound to be accurate. For $90, these were a steal and a big upgrade from my previous 10-year old set. If these pop up again, I may change out my aging speakers in the basement.

at $90 or less these are stupid good. being into hifi since the late 70's I was skeptical; now a believer. A. Jones is a good designer. Pairing these with a tight sub & high pass filter is the cats meow! great as bookshelf, desktop, rears. as with all speakers, let them break in!

Don't know what all the hype is about. I'm driving them with a Virtue Audio amp with the 80 watt power supply and feeding them from a Mac and a Grace DAC. When I first listened to a a string quartet playing Mozart I thought, Hmm, pretty decent - nice definition of instruments, mids and highs seem well balanced. But when I tried some contemporary folk, like Jason Isbell, I quickly realized the speakers are extremely muffled sounding. Just not my cup of tea. I'll use them as about my fourth-tier system in a spare bedroom for guests. Do they sound better than a Sonos One? yes. Better than a Amazon device? yes. Like real speakers? No

These sound really good. Not enough bass for my tastes but a cheap small sub would round these out perfectly for desktop use.

Great speakers
For the money these are hard to beat. They sound really good out of the box. Objectively, they measure well with plenty of room for improvement if you want to get crazy with modifications. I'm so glad to have scored these off Drop.

These are hooked to a standalone amp (AMP100VS)+Topping D30 -- and used as TV speaker replacements in a bedroom.
The shape/size is perfect for the application, and I thought this was just going to be significantly better than TV speakers for TV-audio.. but I play music on this.
For the price/size the performance really can't be beat.

i used these with a 5.4.1 home system, the rest of the pieces are all andrew jones, and a pioneer elite receiver. I love all of the andrew jones stuff, had many people unable to believe i didn't spend 5k plus when my setup kills their 2-3k plus setups in clarity and quality. my neighbors disapprove of this setup but i love this whole line of speakers.
