I just received this. Not up to typical current Asian meter quality and definitely not up to Fluke or Keysight. No instructions and operation not clear. Runs on and will quickly eat a 9V battery. Will work with an external 9V supply, not supplied. Two probe sets supplied. The pin type on this one ha a binding Pogo pin and not working well. The kelvin clips are OK except the wires are quite stiff. Measures within 1% on a reference 1 Ohm resistor but does seem to drift. Works with batteries although I don't have a good cal check process yet. Works with bigger caps but reads about double the measured ESR with my other instruments at 1 KHz. push the "hold" button to turn it on. hold down and release to turn it off. not sure about other features. My real test will be measuring circuit traces and looking for shorts on PCB's.
