We have a bit of good news to share with you all. Our vendor has been able to get their hands on some inventory ahead of the previous 7/22 estimate. They shipped the remaining units out today, and we expect to receive them early next week. Our warehouse team will be standing by and ready to ship these units right back out.

Wow. I am never ordering from Massdrop again. This shipment time is ridiculous. WARNING TO FUTURE BUYERS: Massdrop does not do thorough research on when they will get the product to you. I honestly am not expecting to receive this package for another 2 months at this rate. 0/10, will be reviewing elsewhere.

We have some news to share with those of you still waiting on your product. Our vendor gave us some false information. Apparently, they will be backordered until 7/22. We have already asked them to dropship the remaining orders in order to cut down on transit time. We apologize for this delay and are trying to expedite this process as much as possible.

Checking back in with everyone for a quick update. Our warehouse team has received a portion of the order and has already shipped it out. The remaining units are expected to arrive this week, and we will ship them right back out.

We are back with some news on this Samson drop. The vendor informed us that the product has been backordered, but is expected to become available by the end of the week. In the interest of getting you all your products ASAP, we have asked our vendor to dropship these orders. We will let you know their response.

It’s happening! Thanks to each of you, the drop was a success and we have contacted the vendor for the Samson LTS50 Laptop Stand and submitted the group’s order. The shipment should currently be en route to our warehouse in New Jersey, where our team will be standing by ready to break everything down into individual orders and reship them directly to you. We currently expect to have everything out of our warehouse and on its way to you by 6/26.
We will certainly keep you up to date on the process and provide all of you with updated information about the order status as soon as it becomes available to us.

That's great news, Sean. Thanks for that. As this is my first time using MassDrop, may I ask how my original purchase at 2x $44.95 gets adjusted? Is the process automatic or do I have to "reset" anything? Much appreciated.
