It looks like one of the Orient designers was integrated into the Seiko team. There is definitely an Orient or OrientStar vibe here. Or maybe Seiko is rebranding the Orient stuff as Seiko now.

smallbitSeiko Epson acquired Orient and dissolved the Orient corporate entity; I'm aware of that. What I'm saying is that this watch is branded Seiko, but the look uses OrientStar design gramamar. (Of course a large company like Seiko has at one point or another in its long career ripped off or riffed on every watch style in history. But Orient has stuck to a much narrower range of looks.) OrientStar designs often include open heart holes or partial skeleton faces, overlapping or impinging complications, and roman numerals.
