Just a heads up to the community. If you really want it you can get this board from epomaker for $15 more with switches and caps included. I wouldn’t recommend it because no qmk support but it’s there if you want it. also product description is wrong LEDs are north facing not south.

So this board is the exact same as the Epomaker GK96S with bluetooth capability? I noticed that they had the switches description wrong so I assume they're missing this as well?

I just got this board yesterday and put in brand new glorious pandas, but when I went to plug it in to do a switch test the USB said there was a malfunction and the device was not read. I tried updating drivers, changing ports, and changing cables: but nothing worked. Did anyone else have this problem? My RGB turned on but there was no recognition from my PC or the epomaker software.

I too have had this problem with these budget keyboards. Try the simplest fixes 1st! Make sure it is fully plugged in. I have experienced a false "plug in" before that felt like it was fully seated, when it wasn't. It caused my board to act very strange... it lit up with some functionality but something was clearly amiss. Once I figured out what was going on and plugged cable in all the way, it worked fine... still going and that was 2 yrs ago
