Amazing Board for the Price
Brushed metal finish looks super clean. 5 pin support for switches is a huge plus in my book. LEDs aren't the brightest but if you're using a lot of the popular switches it won't matter. Braided USB cable is a nice touch compared to competitors. Stabilizers are surprisingly very solid, though the wire will still need lubing to eliminate the rattling. Overall, insane value for what you pay VS what you get.

My 1st mechanical keyboard; love it for the price!
Ordered this on 9/29 and it arrived 11/9. It's my 1st mechanical keyboard and for the price I paid ($60 shipped) I really like it! For $10 more I got mine with Outemu blue switches.
Here's what drew me to this board:
1) 5-pin Kailh/Gateron style hotswap
2) RGB
3) Flush mount LEDs
4) TKL layout
5) Removable USB-C
6) PBT shine-through keycaps
7) Inexpensive price!
Mine came with a braided USB-C cable in black, a metal switch puller, and a wire keycap puller. The Outemu blue switches have a bit of stem wobble, but the switches themselves remain seated firmly.
Only a couple complaints:
1) There isn't much room for the USB-C cable. The one they provide works fine, but if you try to use a larger one it might be tough getting it in.
2) I heard the software is bad and causes double inputs, so I'm not using it.
3) The lighting can be controlled on the keyboard itself, but there's no manual explaining it.
Really I'm quite pleased with this keyboard. The lighting is plenty bright for me (maybe not as much as other keyboards) and it feels very solid. For the price I think this is a great buy!

Good for the price
I got this board as my second hotswap board. It was cheap, and it would allow me to easily try different switches. Especially now, after having build multiple boards involving different designs and mounts, I really appreciate the simplicity of this Smart Duck board if for nothing else than to test switches. When we return to the office (whenever that is) I plan to put silent switches in here, and it would serve as a discreet, solid board that wouldn't make me feel like I'd lost a limb if it were to go missing.
The build quality gets no complaints from me for the price. The plate is solid metal, probably steel. Not the most supple or comfortable, but the planned silent switches kind of cancels it out. It has a slight brushed look to give the board its sole visual distinction. There is enough room in the plastic case beneath the plate for some archaic DYI foam packing. (The sheets of foam I'd bought entering the hobby seem to have been obviated by all the all-inclusive nature most keyboards seem to be sold in these days.) As for key mappings, I believe there is software, but I don't need anything beyond what I've learned to do in AHK, so there's no lack.
Not a fancy board by any means, but the sub-$50 price tag would make you pause before pulling the trigger on even today's "no-brainer" "value king," the Keychron Q1. At least for some people it would....

Wonderful keyboard!!!
I love this kb. I was concerned after reading 'budget' hot-swap keebs that come with Outemu switches would not accept any other switch type, other than Outemu's. The reason given was Outemu's had super thin copper connectors and would not accept higher quality switches that had thicker connectors. This appears to be false. I have not tried a lot of different switches but I had no problems popping in a full set of Kailh Box Jades (thick clicks). Maybe someone else can comment after trying other switches. I have not tried the software/driver, I will wait and hope it improves. The SmartDuck XS87 does everything I want it to do without the software. I love everything about it. Only thing that could make it better is a number pad... oh, and maybe stiffer legs. I can't slide it backwards without one or both of those legs buckling but that's really splitting hairs! This kb is INCREDIBLE and so was the price! Hope it lasts, time will tell but at the moment, I would certainly recommend.

Doesn’t come with keys.
I realize now that this keyboard does not come with keys. I was confused because there are keys in all of the photos. I was surprised when I opened the box. Reading further in the description, I see that you need to purchase a separate option with keys (which wasn’t available when I purchased). Perhaps I am the only person that was confused. Leaving this review in case it helps someone else from the same mistake.

not a bad board, especially considering the price. it's very light and fairly cheap feeling, but that's to be expected from such an inexpensive board. has 5 pin hotswap support so it's great for those new to the hobby because you'll easily be able to try a variety of switches.
this board collects A LOT of dust and it's very visible.

Good keyboard, needs better drivers
Life everyone else, I struggled getting the correct drivers and they came from a sketchy google drive. I would recommend this, but know it's gonna be an uphill battle to get it working correctly.

Good Typing, Good Lighting, Bad Documentation
After a few weeks using the keyboard, I really enjoy the quality of the key caps and chassis. The lighting effects (that I've been able to find) are really interesting and attractive. The main issue I have is with the manual, drivers, and other documentation. The only things I've seen are on a google drive link, which contain spelling errors and some very untrustworthy drivers. I've posted multiple times to to forum about it, and I have yet to receive any clarification.

Nice, with a few issues
The keyboard itself is great, awesome switches (I got the outemu reds with it), smooth and clean keycaps, and not too big or heavy. My main issues came with the driver, which first off isn't even in english, and secondly it had to be installed off of google drive, which was a bit sus tbh. After I got it installed though, the keyboard literally overclicks when you have the driver open, meaning it will register one key click as three or four at once. Also, even after closing it, some of the keys didn't register at all, for example when I was playing CS:GO, I would press the keys A and D to strafe and it wouldn't register both keys often. That may have been a physical issue but after having it for two weeks it is fine.
