Sennheiser PC37X randomly goes bad after disconnecting the cable ?
Greetings, Yesterday I was using my headset like normal with my macbook, just listening to music and on a call with people like usual, and the headset was perfectly fine. For my setup optical cable to DAC completely removed interference, but I can't promise anything for yours.
Any chance you can answer my second question about speaker setup too? Thanks!
p.s. any advice on affordable/bang-for-buck desktop speakeramp and (bookshelf) speakers? I might be able to get a Philips FA930 amp for free (don't know if it's any good), which will fit under my desk (certainly not on it). It has a phono input so that's nice, but it feels more like a living room kind of deal. Getting something a little more suited to the little space I have left on my desktop would be preferable. O:)
edit: clarity
Also, I think the guy from z-review shortly mentions something similar in his vid, so perhaps he or the people on the zreview reddit have the answer?
