FujinnaYeah, I'm wondering the same. I was super excited when I saw this offer in my mailbox. I'm sure it has to do with issues of local legality, but there are soooo few countries where it's actually illegal to own these things, so if that's the problem I really think it's overkill to restrict the sale to the US (where it is actually illegal in some states...).
