ArthurMI received my headphones a while ago. They work and sound great. The day i got my headphones, I realized it was slightly broken. The left ear-piece would not move forward and back. It could go up and down but it wouldn't move any other way. I was not too upset because I wouldn't use that feature that often. Today, I got curios and decided to really look and see why it wouldn't move like the right ear-piece. I opened the part that goes over the top of the head and looked at the left side. There was a piece of the plastic broken off and missing. Massdrop sold me a broken product. I know I'm telling you this a little late but I just found out the problem. I would strongly like a refund because you sold me a broken product. Please get back to me.
