Designed in Switzerland, these Swiss Diamond knives feature blades made from German 1.4116 stainless steel for a long-lasting and wear-resistant edge. Refined through a process of ice hardening to a Rockwell hardness of 57, the blades exhibit strength and no-stain properties—which could be why they were Red Dot Award winners in 2017. For a comfy grip, the resin handles are ergonomically shaped and highly curved. The base price is for the 7-inch santoku, but you can choose from seven other blades at checkout, depending on your needs.
