Who fulfills the warranty if the keyboard goes bad? Apparently the tech/warranty support is pretty much nonexistant, which is a deal breaker unfortunately. Especially given the wide number of reported problems with double/missing key strokes. http://writepermission.com/2013/07/truly-ergonomic-full-review/
