so i got mine - is great but it smells - like mildew or something, i've unplugged it and opened the case a little to let air circulate - is it supposed to smell like this? much prefer this to my current board.

Reading through the comments, I had to weigh in. My customer service experience with TEK was so bad I actually blogged the whole experience. Bad quality control led to truly awful communications issues. I'd ordered two. My first one was perfect. Second was bad out of the box, the second's replacement developed an issue a couple months after use. In the end, TEK literally banned me as a customer. I got a refund for the second bum unit, and when I went to order its replacement, they canceled it.
