Hey Guys do you mind sharing the link to the websites that has this watch cheaper? I kind of like it so if I could get it for I better price that would be niche. Thanks
Nice looking watch. If only it was a full automatic I would snatch it up.
I'm going to complain about pricing. I've seen similar watches for half this price and I've purchased full auto cronos for this price from Swiss watch makers.
"VERSATILE, RUGGED & MISSION-READY" - Which military units currently use this watch for you to claim that it is "Mission-Ready?"
Are there any certifications or military trials for this watch?
Is this the "Swiss Made" or "Swiss Parts" version for the movement? There are two variants of this particular Ronda. I know the watch says that it is "Swiss Made" but that does not mean thatit applies to the movement as well. For something to be considered "Swiss Made," only 50 percent must be produced in Switzerland according to a 1971 ordinance.
So many questions about a time piece from a knife manufacturer.
Hey everyone,
We're very excited to be working with Victorinox for our next Brand Spotlight. They have been a long time partner of ours and they're reputation for mechanical excellence goes back over 100 years to their original founding as a Swiss knife maker.
For this spotlight, we will be working directly with the North American subsidiary of Victorinox for fulfillment and part of that means we will only be shipping these watches to the US and Canada. I know this is a bit of a bummer for our international users, but we are always working to expand our collections to those of you outside of North America in the future.
Hmm...as @ConeyIslandHotDog points out MD's pricing on this watch seems to be $250 HIGHER than other retailers. Frankly, the entire Fieldforce line up is priced below three hundred dollars EVERYWHERE (Joma) I checked this AM.
One note of caution, the Fieldforce line is quite extensive and it can be difficult to find the exact configurations when comparing prices (a dial color change here, a strap change there), however, the guts are certainly all the same--don't be fooled.
On the other hand, MD is including that FREE, "Gift with Purchase" backpack with their offering. It's probably a nice bag, but in the world of REAL backpacks, $250 buys a lot of nice packs, shoulder bags, messenger bags, etc... so if I really needed either one (the watch or the bag) I think I could do better purchasing each separately.
BOTTOM LINE: Not a deal; looks like MD got bamboozled by Vicky-nox!
ConeyIslandHotDogHi ConeyIslandHotDog, The black/stainless steel model in our new FieldForce Chrono Classic collection is similar looking to a previous model in the FieldForce Chrono collection that you see on sale on Bloomingdales. Since that combination is a fan favorite, we upgraded it slightly to align with the look of additional styles that are new to the FieldForce family and exclusive to DROP until their release later this year. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!
