Sennheiser PC37X randomly goes bad after disconnecting the cable ?
Greetings, Yesterday I was using my headset like normal with my macbook, just listening to music and on a call with people like usual, and the headset was perfectly fine. I'm upset about the whole thing, but quite honestly I feel that MD is doing everything in the right way. Working in retail for years now, at multiple places, both big box and small chains, I understand that this is the right thing to do. Yes, people will be pissed, that's inevitable (as we all can see); what needs to be realized is that MD isn't really at fault here. They were told something, and they told us that, too. When it was realized that what they were told was very unclear, and not correct, then they moved as quickly as they could to fix it as best they can.
Straight up, this sucks, but it's not like MD saw the M-100, saw that they weren't legit, and then shipped them out to us.
