BpittinI'm #262 and the same story... i have talked to people who were around 600th, and 700th in the drop and they already have them on their keyboards. I'm giving it another 2 or 3 days before I email support, it was the weekend so maybe that has something to do with it.

This is my second (and last) participation in Massdrop. The long ship times and relative lack of communication from MD staffers are deal breakers for me.
KingWaffleWhen you ordered the keycaps they had an estimated ship date of March 31st. This is my first drop and I feel that they have communicated plenty. If you can't wait until after the estimated shipping date to start complaining, maybe you're right that this website isn't for you.
grackerThey clearly need to hire someone to the full-time position of "Director of Profuse Communication." This person's primary responsibility will be to draft daily update emails for the literally hundreds of products on Massdrop at any given time. Most of these updates will say something like, "we just wanted you to know that nothing has changed since yesterday. Don't worry, we'll continue to flood your inbox with white noise because we believe people don't receive enough of that. Also, my salaried position has resulted in increased prices site-wide. Expect another inane update from us within 24 hours."
Unfortunately, without the promise of continued sales to Powdered Toast Man here, Massdrop can't afford to hire someone for this much-needed position. Sorry kids, no Christmas again this year.
grackerFine, but the last two posts set up the probability of shipping notifications. "Expect to hear something by March 20th" and then a "Pushing to get everything out by tomorrow", the latter of which was four days ago.
Even with the weekend, he's still a day or two overdue.
If they're running behind, fine, at least come into the thread and give us something.
