Got my set of keys from the last drop and the "A" key looks melted. Contacted MassDrop customer service and they said that unless it was actually melted "there was nothing they could do." Consider yourself warned! If this stands, this will be my last drop and I am a long-time customer

lyrillThat's not at all what I'm saying. They're awesome overall and I highly recommend them. As with anything that is manufactured, there's a small likelihood of small errors. Considering the last drop was 200 or so orders, that means roughly 20,800 keycaps were made. I obviously don't speak on the behalf of the Massdrop people, but they seem like they don't want to give you a faulty product so they're also replacing the defective ones, if you do happen to get them.
The keycaps are nice, and a steal at this price. So I'd say go for the drop.

rolloverTry taking it up with the company that actually sells these? Massdrop simply buys and distributes.
