Mine came and has some cosmetic damages with the back panel material looking like it's been heavily used and also a little rip. Agree with others comments about the pillow...

I bought the valet box from the other WOLF drop and it was great. This watch box however is sketchy in many ways. The window is clearly made out of acrylic or another plastic material and the pillows are too small. This seems like a re-branded cheap chinese watchbox rather than a quality piece of American made furniture.

Mine had a little bit of cosmetic damage, it appears to have been dropped and damaged in shipping. apart from that happy with it.

Disappointed with the watch case. The tempered glass doesn't feel like a tempered glass. The pillows are way too small. Once you flip the case, the watches tumbled and can't stay in place. Not recommended at all.

I would have to agree that the pillows are unfortunately too narrow for the allocated space. A tighter pillow fit would have made the watch box much more appealing. If you could contact the vendor regarding the pillow size, that would be great!

That was the quickest shipping from the US to Spain I have experienced.
The glass is nice, I dont know what all of you are saying...
Pillows are ridiculously small, the watches dance a lot..
Any recommendation to buy pillows for this box?

RD965my comment and skuronaut's comment on the pillows is the same case... pillows are too small & makes for a loose fit... which isn't nice. I'd also like to know if there are some pillows to buy to fit better. the loose pillows are pretty disappointing because the pictures look like they fit great

So I just received my box, and the pane is a very odd type of glass if glass at all. It feels more like acrylic.
The box itself is too deep, too. Your photos are at flattering angles, but the watches sit rather low in the box.
Also the pillows fit very loosely in their slots, so the watches move around. For the cost, it's not a very impressive product

received the case, and overall it's pretty nice. I just wish the cushions fit the case tighter. they do not fit 'snug' and the watches move and don't sit neatly as a result. so to display and have all of your watch faces positioned as you like isn't possible. better fitting cushions and this would be a much better product.
