The Bluetooth module is NOT included. They really shouldn't put it in the picture because it can be misleading.

What DAC does the Plus use? My Basic was supposed to have an AKM, but I received one with an ESS.

Specs say AK4493EQ. But who knows when this production run was done. If it was done during the AKM chip shortage, I would be surprised Xduoo subbed ESS/Sabre chips.

I don’t know if you saw the posted explanation or got the email, but basically the computers were down at Drop’s warehouse partner and they had to rebuild their database from scratch… some products were delivered to the warehouse while there was still no system to take receipt and inventory them, so there was a pretty massive and widespread delay (like, one of those ones that Drop and the warehouse employees probably won’t forget for years).
That said, the latest update is almost all back orders have shipped or will ship this week, so you ought to take delivery soon if you ordered a while ago. I hope you have wonderful music wanderings (but keep the HD 800S away from water or high moisture, the steel mesh will rust)!

Literally no pictures of the back and I don't see inputs explained anywhere. Anyone know what inputs this thing has?

Just like my Basic, it has USB data in, USB power in, digital in (mini optical or mini coaxial), and 3.5mm analog in (which is analog out in USB or digital mode).
