Elegantly styled with gentle details, the Zeppelin Hindenburg stands out on any wrist. Measuring just 40 millimeters, it packs quite a few features into a compact case Read More
The Hindenburg blew up on May 6, 1937. Also of note is that roughly 1/3 of the people onboard died.
You can find the same myota movement in watches at $300 or less with a much lower chance of explosion.
If I were running a German company, I probably wouldn't name any of my products after the most famous failure of all aviation history, not to mention it being associated with the pride of the Nazi army.
...But that's just me.

you are good for 50 years , here is my ( new to me ) 1974 Seiko Golden panda , yes 45 years and still pristine , so no mate don't bag plexiglass , it's good stuff !
Not big on this particular watch, but I’m ready to dole out some faint praise and officially name Zeppelin the “Least Heinous Budget Microbrand on Drop.” (For what it’s worth.)
johnnylarueDon't lose faith in microbrands; yes there are some horror's. But there is also some great watches, Steinhardt, Panzera,Geckota, some Spinnakers etc. I generally find them a little more stylish at their lower prices.
I believe these are manufactured by PointTEC in Germany. I have the Junkers Bauhaus version of this watch (same movement, appears to be the same case and a hesalite crystal) though PointTEC has since dropped the Junkers license. I like it but the rotor wobble of the Miyota 9132 was distracting so it does not get much wrist time. Here is a video if you want to see that very similar watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ffrwUlJxQG8
Who at Zeppelin thought naming a watch after the worst air disaster in history at the time (1937), and which killed off the entire industry, was a good idea?
Slightly better photo of the 7060-5 albeit at a significantly higher price (evidently what MD lacks in photography skills, it generally tends to make up in pricing ;- )

Frankly though, I'm just not see 'n it at either price. Says Made in Germany on the dial but smells more like Yakisoba than Schnitzel from here.
As far as I remember people who hung out in stucco walled environs were more likely to excise caution as they drug their watches along those walls. You're entitled to be clumsy, just not to blame others for it—especially me!
