Will there be any dkc exclusive Black Friday deals?

What happened to all the DKC email updates? I have not been receiving anything this past couple of month and I totally missed out on a lot of things

There are a lot of newer products, or products that came back in stock, that will not let me use my code on it. There is no message saying that is doesn't qualify until you try to checkout. Is this a recent change? I haven't been able to use the code on things I want since it won't let me use my discounts .

I ordered a Planck v7 using my discount code for the month, but realized after the fact that the plate isn’t included in this version (sigh…). So I cancelled the order to resubmit it… and the discount code wasn’t returned. Is it gone for good, or is the system just slow?

Is there a way to filter caps by material and profile?

Hello, I just joined DKC and got a $40 coupon. If I add something to the cart that costs $40, the cart informs me that I will owe $24. I noticed that I only seem to get a full $40 credit in the cart when an item costs $100 or more. I don't see any wording to this effect on the coupon. Where can I find the fine print so that I know how to use this and any other future coupons?

I've been poking around on the site and can't seem to figure this out. I don't think I'm going to renew this for another year even at $49. I've sent multiple e-mails via the support form, but no response yet and my renewal processes on the 30th. Anyone know the trick to getting this done? Thanks much...

Drop, you are unable to fulfil the three orders I have with you at present. I lost my Xmas Eve being frustrated with the misinformation around DKC on the website and this was made worse by two of your support team and then later by their team leader; I was simply trying to place my order out of the way. I have paid out silly money in the past through incorrect Customs declarations, I'm not too fond of your canned responses and have never had a good support experience. Your colleague considered a $10 per month differential to be a minor thing, 30% is not minor, $120 per annum, as an example. The previous delays. I reach out to the MT3 profile designer and express my concerns around each interaction. I have to find an alternative. You have not improved one iota in the years I have been a customer. I should not have taken out a membership given my past experiences. You cannot expect your customers to be okay with you tagging an arbitrary 3 weeks onto estimated shipping dates...

I'm aware there's some sort of outage affecting the warehouse right now and therefore orders are delayed being shipped - any ETA on when things might get back to normal?
