Agreed with PAMzee. We should be able to cancel orders if the ship date at the time of ordering is well past. When I placed my order it said it was going to ship by the 25th, it's now the 5th of January. I understand extending a little grace, but waiting weeks for something to just ship is a bit much when it wasn't clear that it was going to take weeks at the time of purchase. Can we just cancel our orders that haven't shipped?
MikeLouWhen you view your Active transactions, is there a "Cancel Order" button at the bottom?

HoffmanMysterI certainly don’t have that option and was told by customer service that they couldn’t do it either.

MikeLou@Whocares222 Thank you for confirming. It seems that some orders were stuck in a weird limbo that I wasn't aware of before - after being submitted to the warehouse, orders can no longer be canceled since the wheels are in motion and the item can't be intercepted after that point. Clearly this circumstance negates that logic, so these orders have been un-submitted to the warehouse and should be able to be canceled through our system now. Can you check if you're able to cancel the order yourself now? If not, CS will be able to assist with a ticket. Sorry for the confusion and thank you for bringing this up.
