Just canceled my 6XX order. Even though it was a good deal, I just don't think Drop is worthy of my support anymore and would rather pay more to have headphones delivered sooner and customer service I can actually trust. To their credit, it seems like I was refunded right away. This will be the last time I use Drop. I commented on some of their social media posts to warn others of this situation.

jcchewyLucky you :( i canceled on 6th and im still waiting for my money, i understand that since im out of the US it might take some extra time, i hope is not as much as the delivery xd I was thinking about commenting on their social media too, nice to see that u already did it, people need to know about this before they spend their money on a potencial future canceled order

Xalo913Little update here, i got my refund today, so everything "ok", i mean as ok as it can be an order cancel which leaves me with no new headphones... Sadly and because of exchange rates i lost 5 usd, but that's not on drop side of course, just economics but still, the amount of trouble this purchase gave to me, this is like the icing of the cake.
