Just got an email saying my order is going to be delayed. No sh*t!!! It’s been months already. And, contrary to what the email says, my order page does not have a cancel button. If you don’t cancel my order within the next day, I am going to call the California Department of Consumer Affairs and file an official compliant.

PAMzeePLEASE do. As i was reading down in the comments someone used the word "shady", i think thats the word that explains this whole situation the best, a complete shady situation, where even when drops knows about the supposed issue, they keep selling and booking orders. At this points to me this looks like a "no interests loan" from the buyers to drop, i have seen that happening in other bussiness before so it's nothing new under the sun.

PAMzeeI just had a customer support agent tell me that my estimated shipping date is accurate. My estimated shipping date right now on my page tells me December 21st. The audacity. Godspeed. I hope it works out for you. They need to be punished for the stupid way they've dealt with this.

PAMzeeIf your transaction view doesn't have a cancel button, you will need to contact CS and they will get the order cancelled for you. That should have been mentioned in the email, apologies for the omission. Let me know if you have any other questions.

NoburtMThis should have been articulated more clearly, but they are referring to the estimated shipping date on the product page rather than in your transaction view. These are nearly all updated to a Jan 27th estimated ship date as this is the best estimate we have at this time.

The item I bought was a drop. And it is no longer being sold. The only date I could find on the Xduoo TA-03S Tube DAC/Amp that I have ordered is directly on my transaction page. the top image is directly from the email, while the middle image is my shipping date directly from my transaction page, being refreshed about 3 minutes ago. I just typed all of this out, and I was able to fill out more of what I was typing and scrolled down to find that the page says "Estimated ship date is Feb 6, 2023 PT." That is probably what it was referring to, I hadn't scanned the whole page and it was about half way down the page. My mistake for not seeing it, although it would've been nice for the update to also be pushed directly to my order.

HoffmanMysterI had requested submitted a request several times before posting. Finally, today, I received confirmation that my order has been cancelled, and my money is being refunded. Thank you.

NoburtMThis is a very helpful observation about a gap in our current system - thank you for highlighting this. I've asked internally about the possibility of updating these estimated ship dates viewable on the Active Orders transaction page. It sounds like it should be possible, and I think this is something we should update in all cases (even for more normal delays, where we have a concrete updated date which is communicated via email). Working on implementing some updated processes to make this happen. (there are complications with auto-updating this info which I won't get too deep in the weeds about, otherwise that would be the easiest solution) You are correct about the Feb 6th ship date listed on that page, that's the one the email update was referring to. You are also justified to be annoyed with how hard it is to find though, and that's not your mistake in the slightest. Customers shouldn't have to dig around to find such important info when there is an obvious location for it on the order page.
