How to return?

I bought a pair of headphones that I found, after trying them out, that aren't what I would want. They listed this language:
"RETURNS—NO QUESTIONS ASKED
We get it. Sometimes what you ordered just doesn’t work out. If that’s the case for you, don’t fret! All customers (both US and international) may return this item in new, unused condition within 30 days of delivery."
I've contacted support several times and got NO answer about how to return these. It's been over a week. How do I get this to happen?

I wish i could remove my previous post(s) I had complained about not getting a response when I asked to return something. It turns out I was sent a label and an RMA #, had somehow missed the email and put in the trash. I am sorry for my mistake.
