[Updated] Wrong item in order, can I trust DROP support to make it right? (Heard back from CS quickly and a replacement is being sent!)

I spent $199 and then a few extra for fast shipping on an order for a keyboard case and got a $25 dollar desk mat instead. This is disappointing as my first large purchase from Drop, but I am also worried about not hearing back from their customer support. Reading some other forum posts says that the support team isn't too great at responding and that I may have to dispute the charge eventually. Does anyone have advice on how to proceed? At what point should I be worried? This is a pretty large purchase for me financially so I am pretty stressed out. I have put in a support ticket but not sure if there is anything else I can do. Thanks in advance!

Glad to hear that the response was quick and to your satisfaction! Sorry for the initial mistake and having to wait to receive the item you actually ordered, that's never a nice experience.

HoffmanMysterThanks, kinda rough to pay for faster shipping and have the new expected delivery be 10 - 15 days later, but it is what it is. I'm just glad I wasn't left in the dark
Customer service responses vary, but I've never had an issue with them, especially if I was sent the wrong order. Don't worry, they'll make it right
