BOGO code note working

Hello. I'm fairly new to Drop and I'm having trouble checking out with this week's BOGO code. I've written Drop support a couple of times, but they haven't responded, so I'm trying to get some help before the sale ends. I have a couple of sets from the BOGO list in my cart (DCX Dolch and DCX Sapphire), but when I checkout the code 'DCXMT3MIXNMATCH' is rejected with 'DCXMT3MIXNMATCH discount code isn’t valid for the items in your cart'. I think this may be because I applied the coupon in a cart on another computer but didn't actually checkout and buy the keycaps. My guess is the system thinks I'm trying to use the code more than once and is blocking it. Has anyone experienced this and know of a work-around? Or how I might get Drop to respond and help me before the sale ends? Thanks for any help.

I am also having similar issues. I cancelled an order to make some changes, and now the code won't work anymore. I've reached out to support with no answer, frustrating. Is support still active?
