I'm going to be blunt. Drop is dead. The fall started when you changed your name. Then you ruined the site, it's a complete and utter mess to navigate. Seriously if you guys survive as is I'd be shocked. I was a huge MD fan but something happened, I can't put my finger on it. You either hired someone who took over and "knew better" or you simply lost your way. You took your core value proposition and turned into another mass merchant trying to compete with Amazon. It was a huge mistake.
As I've said in other posts this is the first time I've been back to MD in at least 6 months. I never look at emails for new products because it's the same old crap knives and a few other things. Is Drop now all about knives?
You are dropping communities because the name and site changes have turned off pretty much all of your customers. Those of us who were loyal and checked regularly do not do so anymore. If you think that this massive exodus of loyal customers is a good thing you are nuts. Your niche is what made you and now you've tossed that out the window for this.... obscure direction that smacks of someone coming onboard and taking over and trying to recreate the wheel in their own image and completely ignoring what made MD great.
I want to see you guys survive as I truly enjoyed the MD back in the day and spent probably over 5-6000 dollars with you. Maybe more. Over the last year you know how much I've spent? Zero. My plans to spend more? None. If that doesn't bother you then you are simply waiting for your site to die and don't care.
I may sound harsh but it seems that the only way to communicate with stubborn people is by being harsh. Take it for what it's worth. It saddens me to see what has become of MD.

SantiagoDracoThat was everything I was thinking but you said it much better than I could, thank you! I'm so disappointed with what's happened to Massdrop. Ever since I downloaded the app to my phone the site has gone downhill. It was/is a nightmare to navigate and now that I know the quilting community is gone, then so am I. I'm uninstalling my app as soon as I sign out of massdrop. Awww I'm sad that it's gone. It was great while it lasted and that's even with increased shipping prices to Australia so that's saying something.

How do I stop renewal of keyboard club?
Hi there, I've been a member of the keyboard club for the past year, I'm afraid that in the next 24h the Keyboard Club will renew automatically. I have checked on my profile but couldn't find anywhere a way to stop it. Did i miss it ? Will it renew automatically ? TIA Mauringhio

I miss Massdrop
Is it just me or was this place much better when it was Massdrop? Instead of expensive collaborations, it was all about finding good deals that got better with more participation. Anyone know if this place will ever revert to those times or if there are any other sites that might be doing what this site stopped doing?

Do products in the same order ship together if they have different shipping estimates?
I bought an order that consisted of products that were ready to ship on Feb 13 and March 29. Will they ship all together on March 29 or will they be split and the orders that are ready to ship earlier ship on Feb 13?

I'd like to buy the Sennheiser 6xx but I have no idea how much is going to be after adding delivery and custom fees. Does anyone know? I live in Spain.

USB-C Port glitchy AF on my Drop SHIFT, arrrrgh help
As above, my keyboard routinely drops connection with my computer; I've tried three different computers, they're not the issue. It resolves itself after being "hard reset" (unplugged), but it's driving me insane because obviously it acts up more when I need it most. All drivers seem to be up to date, any thoughts? (I've also changed the cable, please ppl)
