I ordered an HiFiman HE4xx shipped on Mar 24 with the shipping number below. My goods is in Germany since April 2nd. I sent 2 email requesting update or arrival time in HK. No response. Massdrop need to do better jobs on customer service.

Especially lately. Items going past their estimated ship date, no updates. I have two items two weeks past their ship date with no updated estimate or anything.

Same here actually. I'm from Europe (Slovenia) and I ordered the 58x Jubilees on March 11th, they arrived in Germany to DHL on March 17th and since then, NOTHING. They've essencially been sitting in DHLS hands for more than 2 weeks! This wouldn't be a problem for me but shipping from Germany to Slovenia has never gone for longer than 4 days for anything I've ever ordered. DHL is truly awful, their competitors here like GLS and DPD are delivering on time and are absolutely smoking DHLs incompetent asses. To top it off, I've sent them 5 emails, very long, level headed emails and every single time I've gotten a bot reply. I don't know if Drop is to blame here, they've atleast been very kind in their replies to my questions regarding this issue, but seriously, just stop using DHL. Over the past 2 months DHL's ratings have sank lower than the damn titanic.

Massdrop was pretty helpful to me when i faced a similar problem. Also, turned out that DHL doesn't update once in Germany. I had my parcel turn up at my door but it still said it was in Germany for 2 more days after that.
