Does anyone know how to get a response from customer service? We bought an item 6 months ago along with an extended warranty. Now that item is not functioning correctly. There are no instructions on the website for submitting a warranty claim which is really suspicious for a site selling extended warranties. I submitted a contact request 10 days ago but have had no response at all.

I have filled out the payment and contact form for the WOBKEY Rainy75 Mechanical Keyboard and typed in my correct address but when click "continue to shipping", it comes up with "Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it's correct and try again, or select a different address." If anyone knows whether it can be shipped to Australia or how to solve this issue, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hello everyone! I'm looking to join DKC, but I have a few questions. The first day of November has already passed. Will I still get the coupon for November immediately after signing up today (Nov. 10)? What is the definition of Mechanical Keyboard products? Will the coupon apply to desk mats? I believe it should apply to everything listed under this category? For orders under $79, the coupon will be converted to a percentage discount.
