This is a nightmare, the whole point of the drop in the eyes of a mech hobbyist is the availability of the product and the minimal wait, I do not understand why you can't just ship out the Tokyo 60 with no stabs. It would make so much more sense. you guys literally charged extra for a diffuser option and not a stabilizer option? and then force people to wait another month for stabilizers that are objectively worse than the originally promised stabs???? When just inquiring about the possibility of a refund they just canceled my order!!!!

nays0nWow I am glad I didn't reach out to customer support. Drop really needs to get it together.

nays0nI can confirm that once you have to engage with drop.com support, you are screwed. They will say one thing and do another almost guaranteed. My interactions with support have all been awful leaving me wishing I had shopped elsewhere. Once they have shipped you a wrong, damaged, or otherwise NOT held up their end of the transaction, you are in for a bad experience. On the three times I have had to work with support it has taken many hours of time and resulted in horrible and incorrect resolutions. It has ended up costing so much more in my time than the (sometimes) better prices justify.
