@Kevin Can you please help me? I order the HD 6xx and it had shipped, but the FedEx driver wrongly marked the package as "recipient refused" (I had a package with signature required to be delivered the same day; guessing the driver did not want to bother trying to actually deliver). Now my package is getting returned to sender. I tried calling FedEx multiple times, but they said since this is sent via SmartPost, I cannot do anything on my end. Can you please help reroute the item back to my address as the sender?

erickongYes, I contacted them 2 days ago, but have not heard back yet. Since this is somewhat time sensitive to reroute while the package is still in motion, I'm trying whatever avenue I can.
