"More are coming in "a week or two" according to Senn. " :^)
no wonder it takes two weeks to contact support that is the average extra lead time tacked on to orders, by the time you get help it's shipped :^)
it's not like you have senn by the balls after selling over 245k units and should protect your customers and tell them to cut the crap :^)
So glad I purchased. :^)

Given that Sennheiser can't make enough HD650's for their own inventory and distribution network- making HD6XX's isn't exactly their highest priority right now. We're lucky (and grateful) that we're getting the units that we can.

KevinI spend days informing cust. service if they shipped it with FedEx it wouldn't make it to me and they said it would be shipped with USPS... now they shipped with FedEx which goes against the Cont. US carrier listed on your site and I am not going to sit here and wait for FedEx to hold it and return it to you, please refund me ASAP or I will be forced to goto my CC company now.

Malwaresoftyes let me just cancel after waiting 2 weeks when they say they will ship with USPS and don't listen to me when I say I cannot receive fedex and they ship fedex anyway after saying it would be USPS, everything is fine. :^)

Hello everyone! I'm looking to join DKC, but I have a few questions. The first day of November has already passed. Will I still get the coupon for November immediately after signing up today (Nov. 10)? What is the definition of Mechanical Keyboard products? Will the coupon apply to desk mats? I believe it should apply to everything listed under this category? For orders under $79, the coupon will be converted to a percentage discount. Work around for firmware/configuration update error "command not recognized"
I spent more than an hour attempting to update my Drop Shift keyboard. I'm not sure what has changed, but I was not able to do it entirely from the Drop website as I had previously done. I have most of the keys configured how I would like, but the default LED function was a very bright, distracting, rainbow wave going across the keyboard. Every time I turned the computer on I had to manually adjust the lights how I liked. Using the online version or the locally installed app, you first have to install the QMK XAP interface. You then have to flash your already configured firmware file, which can be done on the Drop website. If you are logged in your last configuration is saved under your account and you can alter what you like, so you don't have to start from scratch. So, following the instructions I selected the appropriate board, entered bootloader mode, but when attempting to flash the file, I would get an error that the C:/Users/Mike C..... command is not recognized...
