How do i fix ERROR: Parser: File is empty! Error: Could not parse file! Closing port... Success! ????

Have been lurking around and finally made my first purchase on the Redsuns + Drop Red Samurai TKL. The set is beautiful but there was 1 keycap that came disfigured/damaged. That kinda killed my excitement. Put in a ticket for support but have not heard back from them yet. Hope they make this right..
