ZaczacSorry I was just slacking. To answer your question we get notified when a poll reaches 200 votes overall. Because of the holidays most people are already out of reach, but come January we're going to reach out to Varmilo and others to try and get something going.

ZaczacIt kind of varies. Right now everything is pretty slow because of CES and the post holiday lull, but it should start picking back up again pretty soon.

AlexPkYou're probably very busy Alex, but have there been any updates on this? Right now there's two polls that have passed the 200 threshold mark by a substantial margin -- and on the same keyboards. With 10-days remaining in January, it makes me wonder whether Varmilo is still even manufacturing the VB660M. This particular model is the product of a falling out between Leopold and its manufacturing partner. Varmilo essentially assumed the name and split from Leopold, which is why the keyboard looks almost identical to the Leopold FC660M. It is a Leopold FC660M with a Bluetooth module added in. I would guess Massdrop is having difficulties getting in contact with Varmilo?

smayonakWe got in touch with Varmilo and we're working with them now to figure out the last few kinks. But we should have all that sorted out soon and then it should be available. Fingers crossed everything goes smoothly.

ZaczacI spoke with one of the distributors who mentioned that there should be stock coming in towards the end of March, to which I'm assuming MD will be able to get a sample then.

RedyTedyLast I heard there were a couple issues holding everything up. Unfortunately they are critical issues like bluetooth connection reliability and keystroke accuracy, but I was under the impression they were close to sorting those out. If what you said is true they may have scrapped the idea of converting the 660 and are instead working towards a new workable model, but I hadn't heard that yet.
So, I'm going to try and have someone get a hold of the vendor or manufacturer to see if there's any solid info I can hand out. Thanks for looking into that and letting us know.

FAbs101Hey! Thanks to you and @RedyTedy for reminding me to get back. Things have been chaos here with organizing everything. I have not heard anything new but I'll keep bugging the buyer to get in touch with varmilo and get some kind of comment on if this project is still happening. Sorry for the long delay. Can't believe it's already been over a month.

AlexPkFrom what I've heard, the VB660M is definitely discontinued. A family member of mine went to the Varmilo distribution centers in Shenzhen today and they confirmed that they are no longer producing any more VB660M due to bluetooth connectivity issues. They did mention that a VB87M will be released in the near future, although no date was mentioned.
