I joined a day or 2 ago and it said that an email would be sent. I never received one. is that normal, or do you usually get 1 after the drop. Also emailed tech support and no response. Hope i get them.
danielfitts88Yes, same here, and I joined a week ago. I don't know what is going on, but they better get on the "confirmation" wagon or something soon. Personally, I'll feel better if I get an email when the drop ends telling me that my cans are shipping on such and such a date with tracking. I don't care if they come via slow boat from China, just as long as I know.
That said though, if you check your account it should say "you're in" or something like that and you should see a invoice of sorts showing that you have joined. This means you are guaranteed to get one.
