The description here says the core is copper, but on All-Clad's site and the William Sonoma listing, the core is described as aluminum. Is this description correct?

CTMDDescription is wrong, some reason they used the copper core line description for this d5 item. I own this exact pan, it has steel, aluminum, steel, aluminum, steel, as the layers. Its a nice pan, about 13in and its very heavy, but retains heat well if you wait long enough to preheat it.
