The Arozzi warranty just does not compare to AK Racing. That is one thing that makes me shy away from these chairs. They look nice, but as an adult, you find warranties mean everything.

If 99% of all defects were exposed in the first year or sooner, and if the marketing ploy is effective at all, it would make sense for other companies to follow suit with a longer warranty; however, I understand that the overhead of an extensive warrant from company perspective may cut into the quality of producing a quality product. That said, I am not slandering Arozzi chairs. In reducing the overhead and costs of extending a longer warranty, it may very well be that Arozzi chairs have more quality built in. I do not know to be honest.
Question: Rock and Lock feature available?
TempestNiteYes, I understand. In the end it's just a business decision. Do you think it's worth the extra expense of extending the warranty for a handfull of customers that have a problem? Most companies decide no and, you know, if someone really did have an egregious issue outside of the warranty period we would very likely take of them. And, to add, it's not coincidence that the extended warranty game at retailers for all sorts of goods is so actively pushed. It is almost 100% profit.
No the Mezzo V2 do not have the mechanism that does "rock and lock", the Verona Pro V2 and Vernazza lines do.

When I checked the Arozzi website https://www.arozzi.com/product-category/gaming-chairs/, I couldn't find the Forte gaming chair in their catalog. Am I missing something? Are these official version from Arozzi?

Can you provide a link for either a review of this specific chair to have a better understanding of its features?
SganThis chair in the US has been renamed. It is the same chair as the Mezzo V2. https://www.arozzi.com/product/mezzo-v2-gaming-chair/ It has slightly more room and cold molded foam than the Verona V2.

I purchased a Verona Vernazza chair ($200) almost 3+ years ago. Star base gradually failed and the gas canister fell through the base. I also began worrying about whether the plastic casters would damage my tile floor. So, I replaced the plastic star base with a steel base and the plastic casters with rubber, inline skate-style casters. Love the modified chair. I am heavy (250 pounds) and sat in this chair for 8+ hours a day for most of the pandemic. Nonetheless, the chair exhibits no other visible signs of wear. In particular, the cushions have maintained their integrity.
AUTigerFanThanks for the feedback, glad the chair is working out overall. I've ended up replacing the wheels on all the office/gaming chairs in my house with roller blade style ones. Such a big improvement and helps protect the floors.

Can anyone give a side by side comparison of this model and the Verona V2 Pro? Wondering if I should change my order.
ethaner63Howdy, Please see my comment right below that explains some differences. The only advantage of the Verona Pro V2 is that it has the advanced seating mechanism. This seat mech of the Verona Pro V2 allows you to "Rock and Lock" meaning that you can rock back and lock the chair in any position. Dont get this confused with reclining as both chairs have the full reclining feature. Personally I like the Forte better as it does have more cold molded foam and is a more comfortable chair. If you have any questions, just let me know. https://drop.com/buy/arozzi-mezzo-v2-gaming-chairs/talk/2433892 Cheers.

Howdy Everyone, The Arozzi Forte is our newest model that came out this year. You might not be able to find alot of information out there about it. It is similar to the Verona V2 which is our best selling model we offer. The Forte has a slightly different design/style to it and has about 20% more cold molded foam than the Verona V2 and at a higher density to be more ergonomic and support longer seating sessions with comfort. Please let me know if you have any questions. Cheers.

How comfortable is this for those who choose to use it as a work chair? Lower back support?
jnewton86This chair will provide great comfort and support throughout your work day. The adjustable lumbar support and headrest allows you to get the perfect placement for improved posture and ergo support. A large percentage of our customers purchase our chairs for office and profession use as they are much better than traditional office chairs.
