OkMy chair just came yesterday and to be honest I am impressed with the build quality. The brackets and fasteners feel heavy and sturdy. Everything fit together how it should. The fabric is much better than PU leather in my opinion. After I got it all adjusted, which I was amazed with coming from a $75 chair that I can lock in the amount of recline I want on this chair. Seriously comfortable. I am 6'6" about 230lbs and the chair fits really well. The back of the chair is tall, although the pillow doesn't quite reach where I need it to. This isn't a big deal because I tend to hunch forwards a bit while playing games. I only have one minor issue and that is one of the plastic pieces on the armrest bracket came broken. It's just a cosmetic thing, but I think for a chair of this price it's ok to expect everything to come intact. It's hard to say if it happened in shipping, my box wasn't overly damaged but the piece does sit towards the edge of the box. Either way it doesn't effect the function or fit of the chair. I was wary for the price, but 100% recommend this chair. For $300 it's a steal compared to DXRacers, the need for seat brand, and secret lab.

I bought a AROZZI VERONA/VERONA PRO V2 GAMING CHAIRS from massdrop a few months ago. Is this chair the same size? Looking to maybe get a second one for another desk that's a bit high - needing a chair that sits higher to be comfortable

Once again a product not available in the Massdrop EU marketplace but it got me to check out amazon.de and search for Arozzi Vernazza. I'm a Yankee hailing from Sweden and make a lot of purchases from Amazon Germany. It's where I get stuff when inspired by Massdrop, Z Reviews etc. If you who is reading this is also in the EU and are in the market for a new chair, get your geek on with an Arozzi Star Trek Edition Gaming Chair. I'm not in the market for one but if I was... This chair is really cool. If you're in the US it's not available, at least not on Amazon so your bantha poodoo out of luck. No I don't know the Trek universe equivalent of bantha poodoo.

Coming from a dxRacer here are my thoughts on this chair: I Love the fabric, it's soft and makes it a lot less unpleasant sitting on a cold chair. The build quality is great, seems very sturdy. The cushioning is a lot more firm than the dxRacer. This might soften up with wear, but right now it's extremely firm. This includes the head pillow, which I would prefer a bit softer. I'm also not a big fan of the shape of the head pillow, since it pokes me in the shoulders. May be better to have an option for a normal shaped pillow. My biggest complaint is the armrests. They do not get very high, and for someone that likes to lean back and use the armrests while using a controller it's not really possible. The dxRacer has a lot more armrest height variability. Overall I'd give the chair a 7/10.

I recently received my chair and can't seem to get the four bolts on the bottom of the chair to come out. Any tips?

pclover1234I had one bolt on the bottom that was nearly impossible to get out. I basically had to put my entire weight onto the allen wrench to get it to turn.

Just a word of warning for people who are considering a fabric chair. I got a Titan Secretlab Softweave chair (huge mistake, had tearing within a three months and they wanted 150$ for a replacement, but argued it down to 30). Fabric chairs are beautiful but just remember they stain super easy, now I cant say this for sure will apply to every fabric chair but if you are at your desk a lot and especially if you eat/drink chances are you'll eventually get something on it and they are a pain to keep clean. In my case even water spills will discolor my chair and you cant just spot clean it because it will leave that whole area slightly discolored. These chairs require a full surface cleaning if you ever do it even just for cleanliness reasons. Now I still love the look of my fabric chair, even if I payed way to much for it. I have a replacement bottom for it, but I left the slightly torn one on because I'm scared of ruining the new one to lol. As of now it looks like crap and I have not been abusive of it at all, its going to be my experimental piece as I learn how to take care of it. Maybe start with a black one? Mines white/black so I would assume a black one will look nicer for longer.

BaltzyHowdy Baltzy, Arozzi does use different materials than the Softweave that Secret Labs has on their chairs. Our material is a denser, thicker, more sturdy material. To best describe it think of it as a premium upholstery fabric you would find on a high end couch or arm chair. I do agree that fabric chairs can be more difficult to clean if they do get stains. However there are products out there to protect against this like Scotchgard Fabric & Upholstery Protector. Also to clean a surface like this I have found the best solution that has worked for me is a product called Tuff Stuff. It will pretty much clean anything without discoloring the materials. I have even taken out oil stains in car fabrics with it. Cheers.
I’ve gotta ask: what kind of fabric is used? Is it like an Alcantara or synthetic suede? If it’s sealed (and maybe even if it’s not), we might be able to wax the seat periodically to make it stain resistant. I LOVE the cloth seats on my car, not nearly as hot and sticky or cold and hard like the leather seats of my old car, but my wife spilled some Mac & Cheese leftovers on the passenger seat one day, and even those spot-stain removers (Shout!) can’t get it out completely, but they’re still more comfortable than leather or PL.
erp, thanks for the suggestion, I might try to find a store closer to me than WalMart. My local convenience/supermarket store didn’t have it, but maybe I could go to an Advanced Auto or something.

Will Scotch Guard change the feel of the fabric much? I don't want the chair to feel like it has a coat of chemical adhesive applied to it.

If you're looking at picking one of these up, it looks like it is identical to this drop: https://drop.com/buy/arozzi-vernazza-gaming-chairs/reviews#reviews, but with "Soft Fabric" instead of the PU Leather. TL;DR: Wheel bases seem to have a tendency to crack, and the gas lift frequently fails after ~1 year. Check them both, and take advantage of the warranty, if you decide to get this. I'd also take a look at the dimensions, and compare it to a chair you like. Sounds like several people were unhappy with the sizing (it seems designed for bigger people).
Issues always can happen, but it’s good to get actual data on failure rates... we online consumers tend to focus on the negative in our reviews and reading reviews, because of many things including how we are risk averse. I always appreciate manufacture correspondence, even if I don’t always agree it does add info and perspective. Forgive me for being an armchair commenter (I took delivery from another chair brand on Massdrop, had a decent experience), but would someone purchasing through this drop have valid Arozzi warranty, as a second level of assurance against defects? The blue chair in this Drop looks beautiful! What kind of cloth is it, like some kind of alcantara or synthetic suede?

Beware bucket seat style office chairs. No matter how much they advertise it, they are NOT ergonomically designed, and offer only improper spinal support. They are very uncomfortable and can cause posture problems. All at a price tag nearly double that of a non-big-name brand that actually offers proper ergonomics and comfort.

Drewing101Howdy! I am not sure what gaming chairs you are referring to but our chairs are very ergonomic. We use 100% cold cured molded foam with is very supportive and comfortable. It does not pancake out like standard foam (what most gaming chairs are made of) Next, we have full adjustment on our chairs from height of the seat, angle of the seat, recline of the backrest, multi-directional and adjustable armrest. They also have adjustable lumbar and headrest to adjust to body type. You can fully customize your seating position to make sure you get the perfect fit. On top of that the frame of the chair is steel so the chair does not breakdown or loose its shape over time. Side Note: Erik our new marketing specialist has sciatica and 2 herniated disk in his back. He is currently sitting in the Vernazza and states that it is the most comfortable chair he has sat in and provides awesome support. Now, all that being said I do somewhat agree with your statement as their are alot of gaming chairs in the market that are not well made, use traditional foam padding and wood frames with not even a thought of comfort or ergonomic into their chairs. However, with Arozzi that is simply not the case. Cheers.
