The chair shipped out surprising fast. No parts were missing. The assembly instructions were under the seat cushion. Not a fan of the lumbar pillow. Make sure you take off the red cap from the piston, if you don't, the chair height won't be adjustable. Some minor cosmetic damages, I expected some since this thing made a cross country journey to arrive at my door. It is firm but comfortable. I sit very upright and this chair definitely fits my sitting posture. I am 6 foot, 170 pounds. Definitely recommend this chair.

Yep. It's easier if 2 people do it. One person pulls on the wheelbase/gas cylinder and the other pulls on the chair/mounting. It just takes some force since it's held together by friction

Got the blue Verona Pro and I love it so far. I've had it for a couple months now and have played several 2+ hour sessions in it without problems. Everything came in perfect condition and was easy to put together. The chair has a very premium feel to it, leaving me to wonder what's so much better about chairs that cost 3x as much.

I got mine delivered very early than the date it suppose to arrive which is surprising. The quality of the chair was awesomely nice and very easy to assemble. It has some imperfections like the small scratch on the back and a small hole that ruined the leather but other than that it is an awesome chair.

Bought this for my son for Christmas. I did a lot of research and this received good reviews. He's a big guy (320 & 6'3"), so I wanted to make sure the chair would last. Within a month, the legs cracked in half. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent a part. The wrong part. A month later, he received a part, but it didn't fix the problem because the legs had changed so the chair needed a different base. Then it needed a connector. All told, it was 5.5 months of no chair with my son having to fix everything himself. When I asked if we could just get a new chair, they said no, because it was a Massdrop sale. I would NOT recommend purchasing.

Absolutely terrible. Worst customer support ever. I honestly never would have thought I could get scammed on massdrop. First let's talk about the reliability and customer support. To sum things up the customer support team had me rebuild the chair three times and didn't compensate me at all for it. As many of you know these chairs take time to build and massdrop sent me damaged/incorrect part multiple times. Now about the chair. The chair is very low to the ground (even with the hight raised to maximum) and the styrofoam-like padding is horrendous. Luckily both are easy fixes. Personally I can't say anything about their other products but arozzis customer support and quality has to be the WORST out of any gaming chair company in the market. Chair is nice if you get one undamaged. Their support is awful and now have had the chair for 5 month and counting. I am still waiting on replacement parts for damage parts. I will NEVER buy this brand again!!!

Ordered the chair in late 2017, received it, hated the arms so I replaced them with some cheap parts from Amazon, and otherwise it was fine for a long time. Note, just "fine." It's comfortable enough given the price I paid, like I said the arms on it are pretty terrible, and it's just "fine." Beginning of 2019 I noticed the seat seemed to be leaning to the left. I flipped it over and noticed serious cracks in the base. The white line in the base's leg here is a sheer crack straight thru the metal. This is the worst but there are 2 more legs cracked.

I contacted their support Jan. 19, 2019, was asked for my address and told I'd receive an email when my replacement part shipped. 10 days later I heard nothing, contacted again, was told to wait a bit longer because it was back ordered. Feb. 13 I had to contact them again, and was again told to just wait. It's now March 24, 2019 and I still haven't gotten the replacement part. I've contacted them again but I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to trash the chair and get something new. If it wasn't for the terrible customer support I'd give this a 4 star. I think it's more like 3.75 star but can't do the fractions. I can't imagine giving it that for a higher price, this is a straight up $150 chair and charging more for it is ripping people off. However, at $150, yeah, it's fine. Considering how bad their customer care is I can't give it more than 2 stars, I definitely won't be buying another chair from them.

The same thing happen to me, my wheels are all bent sideways. I don't know how this happened but the frame that holds the wheels in place is not strong enough to last. Before just giving way. I fell out of my chair, not knowing what had happen. Then look at wheels and could not believe the metal could bend so easily. Motokoozie has a picture of what my chair looks like now. We have the same problem. Time frame about one year later. I put in for parts was treated nicely, but 2 months later nothing. They keep telling me the parts are not available. But will be coming in soon. It's so funny to see this drop again, but they don't have parts to fix them, or take care of their customers. Never again buy from this company. Thanks Luis Ohh 1 star because that's the lowest it will let me go!
