hye. i just got arrozi verona. but the the problem is when i assemble of the the part, one of the adjustable arm does not working. can you help me to solve this

I need help like this is crazy. So first I bought a arrozi gaming chair. I spent hours building it just to find out it’s broken. It’s super annoying but I was like mistakes happen I’ll email them about it. After about a week they responded. I didn’t have a chair for my new office at this point. And do a lot of work from home on my pc. So they finally send me “parts” for the chair. So I completely take apart the broken chair and start to rebuild it. Turn out they sent me parts FOR A DIFFERENT CHAIR! At this point I’ve been using a wooden stool to do work and have had back pain for weeks. I spent to much time trying to get the different chair parts to work. I still don’t have the chair and I’m really not going to build/rebuild this for the third time. I either need a refund or upgrade ASAP. I have pictures if you guys would like.
got mine today a hour after i posted about your L, after i figured out how to put it together which is a monster but relatively easy except for connect the back to seat, its fucking amazing, sitting in it now and my cheeks are satisfied. W
Looking through the discussion, I see many peiple discontent with the state of the packaging upon arrival, and some discontent with either the state of the product on arrival or its stability i.e. the arm rests. I was wondering what Arrozi's response to those complaints was?
You're welcome and I also see that my answer was (unintentionally) a little on the harsh side in tone and apologize for that. I understand that people want a good purchasing and user experience, I do too when I buy something, obviously. But I also want people to understand the perspective of the problems versus the number of people that are sitting at home enjoying their chair.
Hello. A couple of friends and I want to buy this chair. We live in Colombia. All the things we buy at Amazon or Ebay we send our things to our freight forwarder that is located in Miami, and then they send us our products to Colombia. We have a doubt, in case one of the chairs has something missing or broken, how will you replace it? do we have to send the chair back? Will you only send the missing parts to our freight forwarder in Miami?
Of course we hope the chair arrives correctly. We don't care the box shape, only the chair.

So up until now I've been VERY pleased with the customer service from both Massdrop and Arozzi, but this latest email is quite disappointing, not only due to the further delay of the chairs but because of the lack of details. Like come on, it went from "we'll ship before the 14th" to "sorry, you might get your chair sometime in the next month, you might not, whatever." I get Arozzi is a small company and it's a big order so it takes time and I'm completely fine with that, but the complete lack of anything resembling a detail as to why the (potentially?) massive holdup is quite frustrating. I think we deserve an explanation here.
I agree. Some people are just now getting tracking numbers, yet some people got their chairs a week ago. The rest of us are sitting here with no idea AT ALL as to when we will get our chairs. " If we find that the drop is going to be delayed by more than 30 days, we will let you know".....When? in 30 days? It seems like this all could have been avoided if they set a hard number and that was it. "Hey guys, we have 300 chairs in stock, let's go ahead and sell 600" is not a great business model.
AkromafireThey seemed to have *some* set number of chairs stocked as when I went to buy mine the only color left in the pro variety was green, it listed all the other colors as "out of stock".
You asked me not to post what you wrote. I am perfectly free to post what I wrote. I was sincerely trying to help you get the information you needed and remain here to help anyone else. I am very sorry that I was not able to help you or meet the high standards you expect.
Legitimately (and it was quite a legitimate line of inquiry, with every effort to be courteous and patient -- I will forward you my side of the conversation, if you wish, and you can stitch it all together and make your own call) questioning a seller is one thing, even if I do understand where you're coming from with your point of view / resentment but, please don't take out your outrage on any Massdrop user that disagrees with you.
In any case, do you really wish to have dealings with a company that is so ready to expose your (the customer / potential customer) communications to the world, in order to gain some out-of-context leverage in a silly internet Discussion. xD
I ordered this chair and I am missing the hardware, gas spring and the plastic covers are cracked. I need to find out how to get replacement parts before Christmas because it is a gift. I'm glad we tried to assemble it beforehand so we knew ahead of time that it was such a mess. Don't you guys have quality checks? My boyfriend ordered one for his brother and the seat is ripped and the plastic pieces broken apart as well. Complete failure.
No response to my emails nor my boyfriends either from Arrozi. They replied to this comment and said to contact them, but that's no help of they don't answer. I emailed yesterday, but mu boyfriend emailed them days ago. Still no resolution. Horrible quality.
Arozzi contacted me and is sending a replacement backrest sense the stains wouldnt come off.. couldnt be happier with my purchase! this chair is absolutely worth the money IMO! its so comfortable compared to my old chair and it looks great with my desk! Thanks Massdrop and Arozzi for the pleasant transaction!
Hello everyone. As I suspected, we did receive the order yesterday. We got it processed through our system this morning. I don't have the exact count but at least some of them shipped today and for sure all will be shipped by tomorrow.
As always, it seems when you ship about 250 chairs there will be some hidden or sometimes obvious damage. While we do our best to try minimize it please let us know immediately if you have a problem, we will get back to you ASAP, keeping in mind our office is staffed weekdays 8:30-5:00 Pacific time. service@arozzi.com
ArozziScottSorry. I meant June 23rd. It's not that much of a problem (i can just ask a neighbor to hold on to it) but it would be more convenient if it arrived by the 23rd of this month. Can't wait to get mine!
