We spoke to the vendor and these have been shipped. The tracking info we have doesn't show an estimated delivery date, but as soon as these arrive we will update the group.
Expect an update from us on 7/29 or sooner if something comes up.

Hey everyone,
We’ve submitted our order for Astrotec AX-30 shortly after the drop ended.
Now that the order has been placed, our vendor is preparing it for shipment. In the meantime, we will also be getting our warehouse ready to handle the reshipment of the product to everyone as soon as it arrives.
Expect an update on Friday or sooner if something comes up.

Own the higher end of these and Astrotec I serious about sound . while these probably can't match up to the higher end version I'm sure they are of great quality knowing the company

I've said a lot of heated things- basically, these definitely aren't worth buying.
Best of luck on clearing stock, but I kinda wish you guys could feel as burned as I am on final sales.
Let's just say every high pitched noise makes you regret the decent sound isolation and you stop using this product. It's that bad.

It has not depended on the device yet..
My friend brought over production equipment so we could test that out of curiosity and the issue I speak of is with any device we'd tried.
I just wanted something I could plug into my phone and tune out. It's not good for that use. Buyers beware.

J4sonSounds like you received a faulty earphone. These are well reviewed earphones (well it's similar to the ax35 which is well reviewed) and are known to have a neutral frequency response. I would try to find someone with a pair of these so you can compare the sound. In all honesty I have a pair and there's some sibiliance but it isn't as bad as you're describing. If you want to avoid sibiliance, I would suggest looking for headphones with dynamic drivers.

We’ve already alerted our warehouse staff about the shipment, so we should be able to process it and get it shipped back out to you guys within 24 hours of its arrival.
